It's said that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery so that would make plagiarism the the sincerest form of intellectual theft? IIRC, among other things, failure to acquire permissions and adequately acknowledge and credit sources was one of the less colorful reasons given for the fall of gunnery.net. Way, way back in the day....

I believe I've read a total of 2 articles on TTAG and was impressed at the quantity of stupid gun cliches they managed to pack into those posts.
