Barring the miraculous appearance of aftermarket reliable magazines, I'd be happy with any of the pistols you listed. Of the three, I'd go for the USP in lite LEM with a match sear, but that's just me...

    Is the 30sf listed a 30 S? It's a Gen3, 10 round magazine. Mine was great. .45, though

That, the P2000sk, and the USPc are all on the roster as good options, too. HK 10rd mags are good to go.

Is there a fix for the mag release on a P2000 pinching your middle finger on reload? I futzed around with one at a gun show the other day. Ergos were nice, DA was heavy and kinda rough, SA was not bad, but that mag release liked to pinch my middle finger upon seating a new magazine.

Pardon my ignorance but what happens if a gun previously on the list is removed for some reason?

I believe, to my understanding, is that particular pistol may no longer be sold in California. I don't think pistols that were purchased when they were on the list, but now not, are out right banned, but you can't buy any new ones either.
