Duke's runs were super smooth. Awesome work under pressure. And he was the first one on the range each morning, doing a workout before everyone showed up (don’t think anyone else saw/knew that. An admirable level of discipline, and it showed up on the firing line.

After my AIWB class, the students insisted I do a FAST.
It was a good day! 3.7 is a new PR!

Hello everyone! I'm new on this forum. I'm from Bulgaria, Eastern Europe. For the most part, we shoot from hip carry here as switching to appendix carry is still a problem for me. Many thanks to Mr. Jedlinski aka Asian Jedi, his advice has helped me a lot in order to improve draw/ first shot time from appendix carry. If we ever made it on the same continent one day, I'd take a class with him for sure. And here is my F.A.S.T.:

Pistol used: Glock 17 Gen. 4 with factory springs & trigger
Ammo: S&B factory ammo, PF>140
Holster used: Kydex Holsters Bulgaria
p.s. I need to further hone my skills as my short-term goal is to start consistently shooting the F.A.S.T. under five seconds.
Having a chat with Mick from carry trainer earlier.
I admited to him I haven’t ran a fast since I got the coin...
He Told me to Not be afraid of losing to anyone- even myself.
Solid thought process there I think.
