Sad news. Thoughts for the officers involved and their families.
Without knowing facts nor placing blame, hopefully these recent incidents will lead to more secure procedures going forward.
There's nothing civil about this war.
I always hated prisoner transports. Especially since the vast majority are suspects with "incarceritis". You always have to ponder their motives. I had a pair of ankle shackles I bought exactly for that reason.
The best ER trip was the one the ER Doc actually wrote patient is suffering from incarceritis on the release form
Just a dog chauffeur that used to hold the dumb end of the leash.
Prayers out for a swift and complete recovery
Thoughts to the wounded Deputy and to the Deputy who had to put the perp down.
No thoughts for the dude who decided to attack a LEO who was helping him get medical care. Good riddance.
