I really wish they would put a switch on the butt of this thing.

I still got my very first one, it has long since ceased to operate and is beat to hell. Dings dents and half the finish worn off, but I can’t get myself to throw it away. My constant companion on many 1st watch shifts(graves), I remember my baby girl saying Daddy your big flashlight is really ugly you need a new one. She must have told my wife because that Christmas Santa brought me a new one.
Bringing this back because I just broke the pocket clip off of my Wedge. The part of the clip where it leaves the light's body and folds 180 degrees to become the actual clip portion has a big hole in it (I'm assuming as a built-in failure point to keep the little allen screws from getting ripped out of the aluminum body), and one of the two 'legs' formed by the hole broke about a week ago when I caught the clip on something as I was working. The other leg broke today.
The light still works fine, but when I went to Streamlight's site to order a new clip, there wasn't any parts breakdown for the Wedge at all. So I filled out a parts contact form and I'll let y'all know what happens. Still love the Wedge, but it's not bulletproof after all....or at least, it's not Welder-Proof.
And remember when demons and beasts cast their darkness, you have God's love - and Browning's wrath - to guide you.
