For me it depends on what the movie is trying to accomplish. If it's a serious film that's going for authenticity then the BS will bother me. But on the other hand, take a movie like "John Wick". It's one of my favorite movies even though the shooting and fighting in the action scenes are total BS -- the scenes are entertaining and they don't take anything away from the grittiness of the movie. Plus those scenes obviously took a lot of work and some skill to pull off. So in that case I just forget about the lack of realism and enjoy the show.
In something like "Band of Brothers" I appreciate the attention to detail and the effort taken to make it a more authentic portrayal of reality.
Movie makers have to go beyond what's real in order to entertain. Hackers hacking secure systems in seconds with a cell phone is a good example -- and yes sometimes that stuff is annoying.

Think for yourself. Question authority.
Action movie annoyances cuz physics (off the top of my head):
Constant racking of shotguns with no ejecting shells
No knock out bare fisted beatings
Instant kills from gunshot wounds or blade to the gut
Explosions
Any fast and furious movie

You put a cigarette lighter close to a fire sprinker, and all of a sudden ALL the sprinklers in the entire building start working...
A guy just jumps and passes through a tempered glass window like nothing...
Sudden death from a thrown knife or shuriken.
Sudden death or unconsciousness from an injection or envenomed dart.
When I lectured on the neurophysiology of color vision, I would explain why the yellow weakess of the Green Lantern's power ring made no sense and why the whole color spectrum of Lantern corps was silly. Want to know why? Or do you want to take out your cell phone like most college students today.
Don't forget pointing your shotgun or semi at the BG and when they don't do what you want - RACK IT!
