Used to be a thing that guys would get done by Alleghany Gun Works IIRC.
I did mine because it looks cool and basically no other reason. I am not legitimately concerned about the hammer snagging or not concealing well.
But the rule of cool applies.

Interesting… I didn’t know it was a new trendy thing.
I asked Ernest Langdon to put a bobbed hammer and night sights on a Compact back in 2003 when in sent him the gun for a trigger job.
I’d found that when carrying the gun at/just behind the hip, the hammer was the major printing feature. It’s been my primary carry gun ever since, and I later put one on a Compact M. I find it ideal for a concealed carry gun.
I’m actually surprised that LTT doesn’t offer it as a “standard” option on the LTT Compact and Centurion.
The one I handled was bobbed. That’s an option?

LTT would probably do it for you.
Or you could buy a bobbed hammer for $29

And put it in yourself in about 10-15 minutes of work.
The bobbed hammer is standard on the LTT 92 Compact.
