The Hilux thing is truth. There's a 2.4D Hilux here that was old when I first drove it back in 1999-2000. About 5 years ago, we parked and left it, windows open to the tropical rain, for about 3 years. Then, one of our PNGian mechanics bought it, and it's running and running well.
