    At the end of this review, he mentions that after 450 rounds the TLR-7 was digging into the tail on the Sig grip module.

    Likes pretty much everything in every caliber.

    I have that issue with my TLR-7 on a regular frame. It has a wobble in it. I think there was a hardware change to help with that at some point.

    @JRV
    @Mike C

    Well, the Spectre Comp slide DEFINITELY does something from back to back shooting impressions.

    Will review slo motion (240fps) video but it definitely does something.

    Here it is:

    In my impression the order goes like this.

    Softest to sharpest:

    Armory Craft with True barrel
    PMM
    Spectre Comp
    Home brew ported
    SAS
    XL

    Note that the subjective feel is a combination of muzzle weight, port direction and slide retardation.

    Disclaimer

    I am not saying that the average shooter will be able to feel the difference.

    Nor take advantage of the difference.

    It’s just a comparative assessment.

    The video and still images do correlate with what I thought I felt.

    @JCN after further mediating on our conversation while squeezing in a bit of cardio I can really see the Spectre sitting in that space between compact and micro as you stated. In looking at your posts it appears that the PMM is the best bang for the buck performance wise thought the Spectre is a good out of box solution. My perceived benefit of a comp hasn't changed if I put the reduction in discomfort aside the only real benefit is no perceived maintenance drawbacks or concerns of things coming loose with a Spectre over PMM. Personally I don't know I would go this route again unless the Spectre was offered as a slide at a much more reasonable price point or less the cost of the PMM setup. I think perhaps you made the right call @YVK.
