I hope i did not miss speak. I have a glock 19.5 with cutout and was happy to see a 19.5 without cutout. But i do not remember seeing mos plate.

Lipsey’s announced Gen5 17s and 19s with colored frames today, but they have the cut-out.

Excellent - thanks! Now it may be time to trade/sell some of the Gen 4 guns. I see they have gray and FDE. I know BFG was another wholesaler... can't recall who did OD green. They even offer it for the G26 Gen 5.

And the cutout doesn't bother me. I actually prefer it for one-hand manipulations.

Now if I can just pace myself.... lol!

Whether either are of these companies are the initial/sole distributors, I don't know. These colors seem to all be in Gen4 at these places.

Thanks. Those are retailers. I'm pretty confident that Amchar is the wholesaler who gets Glock to do the OD and BFG runs. I'm sure it's only a matter of time before we see Gen 5's.

Thanks for the distributor name. I'd not previously even heard of the company.
Amchar's website indicates it's the exclusive distributor for the BFG color. I didn't research the O.D. color, however.

People give Glock a lot of crap for the lack on innovation(I personally don’t care and if a company does something well, then they should keep doing it and make small incremental positive changes along the way, good on them)

But... Glock marketing and sales is genius, wait till enthusiasm dips and then release new colors and then a resurgence of interest and sales follows on nothing more then color. Good on them

What are the odds we see a G45 MOS “Tactical” with a factory threaded barrel anytime soon? I want a RDS capable Glock without sending the slide off to be milled and I’d prefer a factory turn-key option. Maybe NRA show?

The tan (FDE) and Gray have been Lipsey’s exclusives but the LAV editions may be someone else. If only we could get them to work together I could have a Gen 5 RTF2 G34 in something other than black.

OD, FDE, Grey (including LAV) have been Lipsey exclusives
BFG has been an Amchar exclusive

I wouldn't hold my breath on RTF2 in a Gen4 or Gen5 format.
