I think they will be based on people seem have to been able reserve serial numbers when ordering and that should relate to the order in which the trigger job pistols are shipped. I do not know what the exact template will be(Ex: LTT prefix, etc.). Ernest would really be the best to ask, I think.

In early June I was told there are still 2 digit serial numbers available for purchase.

Wilson Combat Beretta pistols have a leading WC, so I'd assume something similar (like LTTXXXXXX or BERXXXXXX LTT)

Thank you for the update and keeping us in the loop. You and Aimee have been doing a great job and i am glad to support such a business. I personally am in no rush to get this and would prefer that it is spot on before you ship, so no rush on my part.

As of Friday afternoon, 90% of the machining was already done (correctly) with only the checkering on the frame and notch for the WML rail left to be cut. I am talking to them every day and they are really pushing to correct this quickly.

Thanks again for understanding. We are close and set up and ready to turn them around as soon as they get here and I can turn the trigger jobs. The good news is I have a big stack of Wilson Trigger Bars all prepped and ready to go along with about 300 hammer springs that are polished and ready as well.

Just curious if these will have tighter tolerances for accuracy as the Wilson guns?

I was unaware that the Wilson guns had any tighter tolerances for accuracy. I've heard about tighter tolerancea for fitment but havent seen much concrete about it.

While possibly not the case here, I think many folks hear Wilson and assume many aspects of their 1911s exist in Berettas that they dont assemble. Ultimately they seem (to me) to function more like a sponser who was needed to get Beretta to build a model with desired features.

I havent seen any claims about tighter tolerance for the LTT. But 92s seem to do okay in the accuracy department anyway.

I think the Wilson guns were supposedly kept to tighter standards. For example I've seen lots of people complain about non-centered Beretta barrels at the front of the slide. Not so with the brig tacs I've seen.

I can't find the exact post but on the beretta forum a member commented that it seemed like his recent Beretta 92's had a tighter fit similar to his Wilson Beretta and a BUSA engineer "Stimpee" posted that after Wilson asked for tighter tolerances on the slide fitting Beretta decided to incorporate that across all their 92 models. So essentially ALL new 92's that have been coming out of Beretta USA have "improved" slide to frame fitting like in the Wilson Beretta's. I wish I could quote the exact comment for accuracy but that was the jist of what he said.

For reference, I don't see any practical difference in accuracy at 25 yards between my 92A1 and Brig Tacs. I usually get 2-3" groups from each with my reloads or HST.

My understanding is WC spec’d the parts and does incoming quality control on each pistol to verify each pistol represents Beretta’s best work, and I believe Ernest is doing the same.
Likes pretty much everything in every caliber.

Data point of two but I was in a local store yesterday that had two brig tacs available. One had a barrel that was noticeably off-center. The other had some visible coarse machine marks on the inside edge of the slide just below the front sight. I did not examine any of the other "regular" Berettas to see if they exhibited similar levels of finishing.
