Well, at least he wasn't a helicopter door gunner... Coulda been worse.

Ass-u-me'ing that he would be wearing a harness he'd be better off falling out of a helicopter.
Looking at these half ass jokers it's clear that the lack of a reflective PT belt is the real culprit here. If he was wearing a PT belt he would have had his safety mindset squared away, plus the ground would have seen his sudden approach and stopped before contact.
I can think of at least 7 instances where cops have been injured by falling or jumping out of moving vans. Sometimes we can't learn from the stupidity of others.
Whether you think you can or you can't, you're probably right.
The plan was tight, until Sergi ate some blacktop.
We may lose and we may win, but we will never be here again.......
Of course, having a half a liter of "aiming fluid" before he got in the van probably eased the pain.
Belgian military:
A Belgian soldier falls from a van during a contact reaction exercise in a training camp in Wallonia. After opening the sliding door, the man falls from the moving vehicle while remaining hooked by the belt. He is then dragged on several meters and loses his weapon. Scarred in the back and slightly injured in one leg, the soldier is doing well.

Didn't know this was an exercise (don't speak the language). But made me think this was either the same guys who flipped the tank in the other thread, or I figured we would see someone run up with the gun he lost and shoot all of them.
That looked like a Wile E. Coyote gag. I guess he was trying to stand on running boards or something?
