Is Mr. VanLangen the only person in the US to receive a 92x Performance? Haven’t seen any others.

Heard a 92X Performance was at Elite Shooting Sports this weekend...

Indeed and I got to shoot it. First impressions; I hate the serrated trigger blade. Reset is short enough to take a little getting used to (I doubled a shot). Hand position was weird for me as I normally shoot a full size frame safety, not a Vertec one.
That said...I really liked the finish and Erik Stern told me it was a pre-prod gun and production guns were even nicer. I haven't yet ordered one....I was waiting for see it in person first as the pics made the nickel look more like an industrial finish than what I was after.

How did you like the overall weight of the gun? Does it help reduce muzzle rise? How exactly does the safety/decocker work?
weight of the gun was fine but then again, I have three steel-framed 92's so I'm used to it. Sorry, but I didn't mess with safety at all but I understand it's a new design and three different sized levers will be available. Decocker function? Dunno...but not sure how it would work unless there's a separate mechanism.

My understanding is that the 92X Performance has a safety that isn’t a decocker, like classic CZ75 pistols. The only way to decock is to manually lower the hammer.
