There's nothing civil about this war.
Not the best shot (moving car, sun not fully up): The southbound Acela pulls in to pick up the weekenders.
Keep your hands to yourself, leave other people's shit alone, and be kind to one another. In other words, do not do unto others what is hateful to yourself.
I made a run up to the cabin this weekend to visit with a local gentleman and other awesome friends. While staying at the cabin I took in another terrible view and some reading while on the porch.
I sat in my grandpa's old chair and took a break from my typical E. Keith and chose Aagaard instead. While lesser known, he was an exceptional writer and individual as far as I am concerned. 10 times the writer and hunter of most of the people in the industry today.
I did a little pre-season scouting, as I have a late season cow tag for December, so I stopped and built a fire and had a hot drink, as it was more than a bit chilly.
