GAP - great shooting! I'm of the same opinion as you re: the Gen5's. I've posted before here as to how much difference I believe there is between the earlier Glocks and this one - in several areas. This is only my 4th Glock, so limited sample. With previous Glocks, I did my version (amateur hour) of a "trigger job," lightly polishing a few things. I bought a G19.5 a couple months ago and as I dry fired it, it felt like someone had already worked on it. I'm now trying to find more time to get to the range. This past week, I took delivery of 500 rounds of 147 grain fmj's (Federal) and 200 rounds of 147 grain HST's, taking advantage of some discounts at Target Sports. Good prices, super fast delivery time. I also have 200 rounds of CCI Blazer/115 grain (probably the last ammo I'll buy from Wal-Mart) to work with next time. I've only put 750 rounds through the G19.5 so far, but obviously that's gonna change real soon. BTW, my G19 has the OEM night sights - but because of my need for a front sight that's more easily acquired, I swapped out the OEM front for an Ameriglo ProGlo. Works really well for me. Now, what can I put off so I can get to the range?

And seeing how well Tulammo did, I bought a box.
Pretty pleased with how tight it shoots. May order a case for 25 and 50 yard plinking.
Regards.
I was pretty shocked. Duty G17.4 with factory night sights and no mods whatsoever. I think that's the tightest group I've shot with my duty weapon.
Figured it was a fluke and then put up a nearly as tight 98-4X.
Really want some of that Browning 147 but it seems sort of on the rare side as most places I've checked is out of stock.
30 rounds slow fire with the G19-4 duty gun to verify POI after installing new sights. The sights are the Ameriglo Agent sights with green circle. Duty ammo is 124gr +P Gold Dot. I shot this with 124gr Lawman as it should correspond. I was using a drive the dot sight picture and it looks like this front sight was meant for splitting the target. I’ll move the rear sight slightly to the right and shoot another 30 rounds next week.

On the B8, one load of Federal Flite Control 8 pellet 00B and two rounds of Truball Tactical Low Recoil slug. 25 yards. So much easier this way.
