Off it goes to Estate Sporting Limited for Ted's inspection and thoughts on what it needs.

Here is my Colt that Ted worked on when he was at the Gunsmithery in summer of 94’; sent a baseline Colt to him a few months before I arrived for my 250 class in Paulden. Also some pics of the catalog with the options for the various pistols/service offered.

    I like that!

I wonder if anyone has looked into doing a coffee table book of Gunsite guns.

Yes, and my vote also not to refinish. Edit: oops, irrelevant now.

I've flat MSHs on two guns I had Dave Sams move from medium triggers to short triggers because I always liked short triggers on my A1 configured guns with the curved MSH. Now after a year of wondering why I shoot the medium triggered LB Operator (also a flat MSH) consistently tighter than the more mechanically precise Sams guns I think medium trigger is better for me if I'm going to have a flat MSH. Expensive oops.

Live and learn. Feel the same way about not having night sights on my 1911.. going to be a pricey send back to wilson. Have to get another extractor and firing pin stop fit also, so it doesn't matter.
