Stopped at Total Wine after my haircut.
Getting cool, so picked up a 12 pack or Deschutes Black Butte Porter. Fortuitously, I just put the last bottle of Inversion IPA in the fridge.
This is my favorite time of year, Iron Horse Brewery releases Mocha Death!
Now in cans and 6 packs!
And for S's and G's I picked up a bottle of Loowit Brewing's Truman's Goddamn Strong Ale. 'Cuz nothing says Northwest Beer like a crotchety old fart who refused to let a volcano chase him from his home.

Being from Pennsylvania, I am loyal to Yeungling Beer. It is the oldest brewery in the State.
Pretty rich & full bodied. I have thinned it out with Pabst Blue Ribbon, so as to drink more than a few.

I'm not a huge fan of all the overdone IPA's.
My original recommendations earlier in this thread still stand. However, of late we've really been enjoying North Coast Brewing--they have a good beer for almost any food we eat:
Scrimshaw
Laguna Baja
Pranqster
Brother Theolonious
Old Rasputin
Old Stock Ale
Ballast Point's "Victory at Sea" is also DELIGHTFUL and highly recommended!
