    Venison Stir Fry Recipe

Just in case there are any hunters out there looking for a recipe for venison, I just posted this to my you-tube page. Additional ingredients include dried blueberries, lemon juice, basil, garlic, walnuts and blue cheese. This would also work with lamb or beef if you don't have access to venison.

Suggestions and comments MOST welcome. Enjoy!

    All the best,
    Julie

I seen this when you put it up on your youtube channel and already picked up the stuff to cook it for my ladies this weekend. Were currently out of venison and elk at my house but I’m going to do it with beef. No luck with AZ big game lotto lately.

I will have to give that one a try!

One of my favorites is Venison Pepper Steak. A few red and green bell peppers, some onion and a can of tomato sauce. Saute strips of venison, add sliced peppers and onions and saute until everything is browned nicely, then add the tomato sauce. Simmer for a few minutes then serve over egg noodles - pretty tasty.

    That sounds good too John!

I’m bad for just doing homemade jerky, hard salami and burgers with venison as my wife won’t eat any game except quail/elk.
