Lets see how we do this time! I have procrastinated getting on the scale for a couple months. Need to stop being a bitch and face reality. No gains, or losses [emoji848] without putting in the work!
Good luck!

Timely thread, as I have received firm instruction by doctor to lose weight. I'm pretty effective at losing weight, so the bigger challenge is maintaining the weight loss.
Are we being challenged to lose pounds or a percentage of weight?
I'm currently at 187
In the previous thread:
https://pistol-forum.com/showthread....results-thread
I think we standardized on percentage-loss (or gain).
I'll repost my results so far:
April: down 1.1%
YDT: down 6.7%
I think the challenge was the greatest percentage loss each month and year overall.

I'm a "7" compared to most gun-guys, which means I'm a "3" on P-F.
May 1st Weight: 198.1lb

Dammit.
Fuck, should probably have some form of accountability.
Free Dark Star Gear holster (web store item) to the winner sound good? Might keep me honest enough.
231.4 as of 5/1, held serve for 5/2.
Think for yourself. Question authority.
Finally back down to 200 on the 1st.
Back to 250. I suck.
Also I say we do pounds since I got beat by percentage! Thanks Tom! In reality percentage is a smart way to do. Fair for everyone.
