I'm having a hard time seeing what you are referring to. Are you talking about the bottom side of the barrel opening where it narrows towards the guide rod opening?

I added a pic to the OP, but flawless, that TiN is apparently very tough!
I know, but set up that way and using mixed brands of ammo, I used it to outshoot a well trained former PF Staff member and his Wilson Combat 9mm 1911 at a GreenOps class (graded final test), so it ain't broke and I ain't fixing itAlso, your front sight looks slightly crooked.
