AWESOME. Would this be self-assigned or would someone have to earn it? And if the latter, is it done by popular vote? I'd love a Troll/Dolt/Jackwagon type button that could be clicked that could earn someone the title if enough votes were accumulated...

That works great for a popularity contest where everyone tries to get in the "right" clique instead of focusing on improving themselves and helping others improve through intelligent dialogue. Sometimes new or controversial ideas can ruffles feathers or go against dogma or "normal" ideas.
