Thread: How do you carry you handgun while running or working out?

  1. #11
    Hill people works.

HPG Runners Kit Bag with either a M&P9 or a G19. I used a Snubby size HPG bag for years but it was a bit tight with the 19, badge wallet and iPhone/Otterbox.

I searched for 'jogging', and it was the third hit.

HPG. But if you experiment with this new flat footfall running and hook uneven concrete and face plant, HPG carried G19 can knock the wind out of you and dislocate a rib so that you can't bench press for 6 months. This I know.

I carry a G19 in a HPG original pattern snubby KB. Plenty of room for all the stuff I need. I carry G19, wallet, keys, phone, spare mag.

I use a Tommy gun fanny pack

Protip: Get a smaller gun for running such as a Shield or G43. Lighter guns = less bounce = less chafe.

I workout at home (when it happens) and don't do a lot of running these days, but for general active outdoor stuff I also use a HPG Kit Bag (The Original). Holds gun plus reload, plus wallet, phone, multi-tool, etc, etc...

They make excellent gear, and I can't recommend them enough.

Take up cycling, gain stretchy kangaroo pockets, problem solved:

Yes, it prints, but no one see cyclists as a whole. Let alone their pockets while the other sections full of GORP/other detritus makes it just another bulge anyway.
