    Nah. The M9 is a tougher-looking pistol any day. The G19 is the pistol for people who want to carry less weight around.

    Glock 19s have been widely used in USASOC for years.

    I suppose they should specify the generation in the solicitation though...

    When we were hosting the Glock "instructor development" class after the armorer school the rep showed up with a G18, we dumped a case of ammo in like 20 minutes through that thing, had to dunk it in a bucket pf water several times to cool it off.

    I've shot them on several occasions and had a chance to do so one handed, two handed, on different drills, etc. Underwhelming gun for real world work, fun to play with, it sure does test your recoil control and stance.
