Yes, I did.
To bring it back to the OP, I also picked up the SP2022 parts kit at SIG which covers 9 and 40. I assume this isn't in danger of going out of stock at SIG, but, knowing my luck, better to be safe than sorry.
There are several threads about these pistols on the Sig forums. That is my understanding as well. They will have serial numbers on the frame, slide, and barrel and are thus referred to as “three number guns.”
Some minor differences between these guns and recent issue guns is that the grip texturing is different (it will take the newer grip modules however) and that the rail is not a true M-1913 profile. The finish also resembles the finish on an M&P rather than Sigs typical finish.

whoops, sorry; Thought there was a .40 available for the OP. I was wrong.
I'm a "7" compared to most gun-guys, which means I'm a "3" on P-F.

Quick, amateur-hour shot...I see that I didn't even address the lint from wiping the oil off of the slide.
At first blush, I'm very pleased.
AK date code (as in the photo on the item listing), triple serials, Kiel proof marks. (Most of what I know about these I've learned since ordering it.)
I'm glad I originally clicked on this thread.
