I think I’m going to let this one go. It’s already at the point where shipping, tax, and transfer will put me well over 1200 bucks, and the pics show that the barrel is, in grand S&W fashion, canted. At under a grand, that wasn’t a deal-killer on a rare gun, but at 1200+ (and possibly several hundred more), the barrel is a deal-killer.
That dove-like sound is my hopes and dreams going down the tubes, once again. At least until the next cool thing shows up. Maybe a whitebird or blackbird single-six…
