Site Supporter help

My site supporter stopped showing earlier this week. I renewed in August. I’ve emailed twice to admin but no reply, maybe I’m sending to a wrong address. Anyone out there who can help or tell me if I need to do something on my end?

I changed my email using the Edit Profile function since charter.net is having issues. Post-change, it looks like any forum features related to site supporter have disappeared.
I tried switching back to the old email and site supporter stuff did not reappear, so I'm now profiled using my new email.
Ideas?

It’s been fixed. I don’t know if it was an automated step and I wasn’t patient or if LL laid down some admin mojo but all is well.
