I have one for my Spyderco Reverse, and it is excellent.
That's assuming a traditional IWB. If you wanted the Clinch Pick handle down carry, I'll bet they could accommodate, also.

Stock Sheath with a DCC Mod 4 Clip under the belt outside the pants. Seems to work the best for me.

That’s pretty much what most people including me run for the Disciple except I’m IWB.
Henry holsters posted a prototype some time back and I hope it comes to production. They have made carry options for shivworks blades. . I use the stock sheath IWB just forward of the off side hip when carrying the disciple. My Barracuda has all but replaced my disciple expect when I'm in an area I may loose it. I see there is now a China Barracuda at a great price point.
