My current options:
9mm +p 115 gr Barnes TAC-XPD, rated at 1125 fps, not chrono'd yet by me
9mm +p 124 gr G9 Woodsman, box rated at 1125 fps, chrono'd at 1121.3 fps mean, 11.9 sd from a USPc (3.58 inch barrel). Allegedly 38 inch penetration per G9. I'm currently liking this one based on early testing.
9mm +p 115 gr Underwood Xtreme Penetrator, chrono'd at 1276.1 fps mean, 4.4 sd from a USPc (3.58 inch barrel). I think most are familiar with this one.
45acp +p 185 gr Black Hills Tac-XP, chrono'd at 968.7 fps mean, 14.8 sd from a USP45 FS (4.41 inch barrel).
45acp +p 165 gr G9 Woodsman, box rated at 1250 fps, chrono'd at 1145.9 fps mean, 22.8 sd from a USP45 FS (4.41 inch barrel). Allegedly 36 inch penetration per G9. Not quite sure yet what to make of this light/fast take on 45, although I guess 165 gr is still a lot heavier than 9mm.
45acp +p reload, 200 gr Cutting Edge Solids; still working up this load and currently at 847.4 fps mean, 13.8 sd building toward 900+ fps. No reason it couldn't be loaded faster in 45 Super.
So I have hollow point and solid options for both 9mm and 45acp. I'm not currently shooting 40 S&W or 10mm but the same sources have options in those calibers.
