    Agreed but damn it ties in well with the MHS. This is the first pistol optic I’ve seen than looks seemless and rugged enough for field use.

    I guess I don’t see how it’s more seamless than an ACRO or a 509T on a slide that’s direct milled for them. Those optics are also rugged enough for field use.

    I didn’t notice when I posted the link, but that optic only fits the military/commemorative models, not the commercial versions.

    Hmm…. I would assume/hope that Sig will make one for the commercial models (are they the same configuration as the standard P230?

    I like how they were able to integrate the iron sights while still keeping them low profile.

    Whether intentional or not, the mounting system basically makes it so that optic installation will have to be at the armorer level.

    Looks like SIG is packaging an upgraded version of the M17 and M18 with the optic as a turnkey solution. Curious as to the cost.
