Do you need to make Major/Minor?
With 230-grain lead bullets, I use 6.0 to 6.5 grains of Unique in the 45 ACP. With 200-grain lead bullets like the H&G 68, 7.0 to 7.3 grains. Both loads are full power if not +P, and were accurate in my 1911, HK USP, and a 4" S&W Model 625.
I've also had good luck in a couple of Glock 17s and an HK P30 with 5 grains of Unique under a 125-grain cast flat point (sized 0.358" for use in 38 Special cowboy loads), and with 5.5 grains of Unique under a Hornady 124-grain XTP. Both were accurate (<4") out to 50 yards, with velocity close to that of NATO ball.

I build my handloads to approximate my carry ammo. I've had good results from BE-86, it's about the same burn rate as Unique but meters much better. In .45 ACP, I use 5.9 grains under a 230-grain coated RNL for the autoloaders and 6.1 grains under a 225-grain coated RNFP roll-crimped in the crimp groove for my M22-4. Both run just over 800 fps. Way back when, the standard bullseye target load for .45 ACP was 3.5 grains of Bullseye under a 200-grain H&G 68.
For 9x19, I'm using 5.5 grains of BE-86 under a 124-grain FMJ. It runs about 1100 fps from a 4" barrel. The most accurate load I've found is 4.2 grains of Titegroup under a 125-grain Zero JHP, it ran about 1050 fps from my CZ-75 and grouped about 1.5" @ 25 yards. I've read that that combination also works well in Glocks.
Bullseye performs nicely in 45 ACP. Some authorities have written that the original factory load was 5.0 grains of Bullseye with the 230 bullet. Try 4.5 grains with bullet weights between 185 to 230 grains. Unique loads shown here are good. To simplify, I would try to find Win 231 and use it for all three rounds mentioned. It meters wonderfully

I haven’t loaded .45 ACP in a while, but I got good results with 4.6 grains of Titegroup and the Brazos Precision coated 230 grain LRN. In both a 625 and 1911.
Pretty much the same as the BE loads listed above.
