Likes pretty much everything in every caliber.
That’s interesting. Shield really needs a robust presence here, I think they still don’t have a US office.

The Shield website has some more details and images.
*8 or 2moa circle/dot
*multiple battery options. Larger battery gets a larger cap.
*”13,000 hours” battery life. I’m becoming something of a cynic on battery life claims. I think with the exception of a P1 ACRO I’d just change a battery every 6 months if carrying.
*Might need a plate- screws down from top.
*Another option is a good thing. Time will have to tell if the sight is up to carry reliability.
I’m not aware of support in the US. My limited knowledge of the RMS sights is that reliability was not solid-wandering zeros in a couple of examples.
@GJM I think had carried one(?)

I'm sure it's an optical illusion, but it SEEMS much bigger/bulkier than an ACRO.
I looked at it during SHOT. It is smaller than the Acro, in at least three dimensions.
Shield is another of those Euro companies that see themselves as defense contractors not part of the commercial gun industry. As such they don’t have a shooting culture within the company. This is reflected in the issues with their products. There are too many other options on the market now for me to want to deal with them.
