My buddy was a Ranger filling in potholes in the streets down there in the 90s. I'm sure the urban renewal efforts have been stellar since then.
Don’t blame me. I didn’t vote for that dumb bastard.
I saved the picture, and zoomed in on the front sight of the m14/m1a. It almost appears that the front sight is there, but missing the ears. The bayo lug is visible in the photo.

JMCK Wing Claw 2.5 for a 5 inch 1911. You may need to take a heat gun and slightly warm the Kydex in the area of the slide stop stud on the right side of the pistol.
JMCK AIWB Adjustable Magazine Pouch for a Beretta 92 which fits a HI Power magazine just fine.
JMCK doesn't make items for the HI Power, however these work with that one tweak, or you may not need any alteration depending on your pistol.
Hope this helps.

The front sight and ears dovetail onto the flash hider assembly that the bayo lug is attached to and are then held in place by a set screw. Pretty easy for that screw to get loose and the front sight fall off.
This photo from Vietnam shows an M14 with the same affliction.
