I have just been informed that the Fredericksburg match will start at 8am this month, rather than at 9am. I assume that means the safety briefing will be at 7:45am. That means I'll be at Cracker Barrel at around 6-6:30am, mainlining coffee and muttering to myself.

Plan accordingly!

Seriously, tell her that you'll be out of the house before she wakes up and home by lunch. That actually is my plan. You'll take a slight hit on sleep but make it up by being home the rest of the day.
