This looks to be a pretty neat 15 round test; intended to be shot ice cold after a minimum week break from shooting. Nice balance.

I could never run those drills on my usual ranges.
It's a very rare week that I don't get to the range two or three times...
I might try this today, since I'm definitely "COLD." Haven't shot in three weeks, oh the misery.
Go back and check out Tests 2 and 3. They will kick your ass!

I have been doing the three Defoor drills a lot more since taking the class last month (http://pistol-forum.com/showthread.p...stro-Valley-CA). The hardest part for me are the 7 yard events in test #1--I often blow one of those; I very rarely have problems with Tests #2 and #3.
I like Kyle's drills cause they involve running,and he stresses PT all the time on the blog. The rifle ones rock too. Unless you have a proper range tho, running around at high port up range usually alarms the casual shooters on the next section/bay.
