    CZ Shadow 2 Compact

I'm seeing teasers and possible leaks of an S2 compact on Reddit. Anybody else? First question is does it have a firing pin block and hopefully they do a decocker, assuming it's legit.

The second one definitely looks optics ready!!!

Just my opinion, and optics ready aside, I believe CZ already made a better pistol of this size when they produced the CZ Shadowline Compact. It has, unfortunately, been discontinued.

Hopefully this will lead to other great compacts. The need to do a super lightweight for carry though. One thing I love about the CZ lines are some of the small batch specials like the Shadowline you mentioned.

The should do a subcompact too. I remember back in 90s when Sphimx came out the had two small subs, one was a 3.5” and a tad smaller 3.1 if I recall. Local LGS had one for 1100.00 but the trigger was jacked up and didn’t want to take the risk.

It does seem weird to bring out a CCW without an FPS? I bet it will be nice nonetheless!

I was really hoping for an updated P-07/09, optics ready, updated grip to match the P-10 series. I'm sure I'm in a minority.

What niche does a slightly smaller, steel DA/SA with no decocker or firing pin safety fill -- some IDPA division?
Likes pretty much everything in every caliber.

    Pygmy Optics.

I was planning to wait till tomorrow to see the specs before saying anything.

He mentions a FPB. I hope he's right. I still wish it had a decocker. Otherwise i think it's a cool gun despite being a swing and a miss overall. I still want to get one but i'm easy.

EDIT - NVM, he confirms that was a mistake on his part in the comments. NO FPB.
