    Definitely wasn't the winner, but it was fun, and better practice than just sitting on the couch.

    I like the looks of that bar. Going below parallel changes squats completely for me, I am loving it.

    Well, I'm 68 - been lifting forever. I'm currently abstaining from squats ( my favorite exercise) because my left knee is telling me to. I'm planning to get Synvisc injected (works, done it countless times). Had the right knee replaced 7 years ago, along with both shoulders, back surgery, carpals, etc. Good luck - keep your head up.
