Hello.
New FNX9 ...
New P220R wearing Hogue "Extreme Alumagrips". So far both this pistol and the FNX have proven reliable and shoot to the sights.
My oldest Hi Power, which I bought new in 1971. It was modified by Lou Williamson and has an early BarSto barrel fitted. The early ones were longer than the standard 4 21/32" factory barrels.
Not too highly regarded by some shooters today, this plain old S&W Model 10 HB is one of my favorites and is on constant "house duty". It is sometimes carried concealed as well. I bought this old thing used and with the hammer bobbed and converted to DAO, which suits me fine. It shoots to the sights and is loaded with Remington 158-gr. LHP +P. I trust it as much as I trust any handgun.
Before retiring from police work, this S&W Model 042 served as a BUG for several years.
This Mk III 9mm was my duty gun for several years and the one on my side when I retired in '98. I had it reblued after leaving police work, but it's starting to get "thin" again on the back and front grip straps.
I toted this lightly-modifed Mk II Hi Power in the '80's. It is no longer mine, but served well indeed.
This Caspian frame/Colt Slide/Kart bbl 1911 was done for me in the 1980's by gunsmith, Lou Williamson. It continues to go the the range frequently at the present.
I also shoot the Glock 17 and new (to me) 17L quite a bit now days.
Best.
