    Help for a newbie

Hi there, i'm Matteo and i'm nearly 23 years old and i came from Italy, Rome. I got my gun license about 7 months ago, i use a beretta px4 in 9mm IMI and i want to improve my skills in shooting. Today i tried the FASTest and i resulted intermediate (about 9.5 sec). Can you please tell me some drills to improve my abilities ?
    Cheers

    Matteo

Lots of slow deliberate dry practice.

Get a good instructor to give you some feedback.

    Welcome!

One key to getting better that is often overlooked is to have a shot timer. Hard to improve your speed (velocity), if you don't have a way to measure it.
