I'm both a self-confessed chipotle en adobo and a Dave's Ultimate Insanity guy, have been for more than a decade, but this sriracha sh*t sure is awesome stuff. It tides me over whenever I can't get my regular brain & sinus searing fix of nuclear grade wasabi.

Wife mostly got over my spicing up her recipes a while ago, although I still get the occasional eyeroll.

Lays is running a series of new flavors, one of them is Sriracha. Even my kids are eating that one. (although the best one is Chicken & Waffles, IMO).

My wife picked up the sampler pack of the new flavors and the Sriracha was the one we both thought was the best. It surprised me that I liked it so much but not her, she uses Tapatillo sauce a lot, too ;p

Mrs. Biv liked the Garden Tomato & Basil best... The wavy Roasted Garlic and Sea Salt was pretty awesome...
The cheesy garlic bread was pretty sucky, I thought. But Mrs. Biv liked it.
The tapatillo and lime was very good, but I'd have preferred Sriracha & Lime... Plain Sriracha was better than the Tapatillo.

I haven't eaten this many potato chips in a LONG time.. Good thing we have lots of friends to the house to get rid of this stuff. I'm already bigger than I want to be.
    Helluva marketing campaign.

May I suggest you add some Mae Ploy to that recipe?

Ah, yes. The Kickin' Chicken. I am a fan of the Red Pho...enough sriracha to turn the broth blood-colored.
