I would like to travel to a time period when ammunition and reloading components are readily available for reasonable prices.
I can think of more: Modern indoor plumbing -- never underestimate the importance of toilet paper! --; modern anesthetics and modern standards of cleanliness/sanitation; modern power/lighting/heating; the ability to jump in my car and drive to the east coast or Tierra del Fuego if I feel like (and can afford it); mini skirts and hot pants ; Robert A Heinlein, John Ringo, Tom Kratman, Larry Correia, Friedrich Hayek and Ludwig Mises, Ayn Rand (not so much, actually); John Moses Browning, Eugene Stoner, and Bill Ruger...
So, yeah, given a choice I would live here. If the technology existed, there are a few other eras I'd like to play tourist in, I named two; if it were like that Star Trek episode where the solution to "The sun is about to go nova and our only way out is to go back in time!" then I suppose I'd choose one of those.
The morning of the IPOs for Microsoft, Apple, Google, Starbucks would be good choices. (Although I'd be afraid of folding myself...)

“It doesn’t matter what the problem is, the solution is always for us to give the government more money and power, while we eat less meat.”

Penicillin is a good thing. As is Polio Vaccine.
Today isn't perfect, but, we shouldn't give up on yesterday's values.
