    Grand Seiko does some of the best dials in the business IMO. The texture of this Mt. Iwate is hard to capture, but looks amazing in person.

    Maratac. Really enjoy the relatively sterile dial.

    When I first acquired her, maybe 4 years ago, she ran about 10 seconds fast per 24 hrs. Fast forward to today, she literally runs 1 second fast per 48 hrs.

    So I managed to pull this off. And to be honest, it lasted longer than I thought it would, but I never expected a failure like this. It's been a super watch, and after I repair it, it'll go right back on the wrist.

    Had the dial rotated the other direction you could spin the tale its a driving watch. Kinda the poor mans Vacheron Constantin

    The dial feet snapped. Not a big repair but probably not cheap either. I'd be surprised if they don't replace the whole dial.
