Looks like an RMR mount to me. Very similar to the mount by Impact Machine installed for me last year.

The only primary machine unit I could find looks much different.



Jim Milks modified a plate (cut off the rear sight) for my brother's 1911, and it has the scallops, but he can't remember what plate Jim used.
