that is how i feel. takes gun stops a man he thinks is doing wrong. I think they should charge him.
Seems that in his locale, if Joe Citizen had done the same thing with a shotgun, he'd be in cuffs.
So I think he should be in cuffs too. I detest seeing this 'chosen elite' allowed to break the law as they see fit.

I don't know the state law in PA or how their court system functions; so, the following may not even be possible there. As such, my opinion will be based upon GA law.
If it were here, I would request a hearing in the Magistrate Court and let each party present testimony and evidence and call witnesses for a judicial determination of probable cause.
The other option would be to present all of the evidence to a grand jury do determine whether or not to indict.
