I remember that one, but I could have sworn they also had a model without a trigger guard and with a folding trigger. Maybe it was some other boutique manufacturer...

Zev made one, I believe. Not a true from-the-ground-up OEM piece, but an option albeit kinda pricey.

Thinking of the Casuall 2000? https://naaminis.com/smf/index.php?topic=4525.0

But I don't recall anything larger than a 22 Mag.

After Glenn mentioned buying a NAA 22 magnum, under my breath I talked shit about him. Soon afterwards I saw one at my lgs and bought it. I love the little mini revolver and carry it frequently.

That be the one. I was combining the two in my head.

I carried a Seecamp daily for over a decade until I swapped over to a Smith 642.

For actual pocket carry, I don't think there is a better solution. Mine was 100% reliable.

If you can go bigger, the Beretta 80X Cheetah was released in 32 at this year's SHOT show.

I've seen the NAA prototype, and it's exactly NOT what I'm thinking. That's more sub-J frame and less the concept of a modernized classic S&W Safety Hammerless.

Let’s get Lipseys and S&W to come out with a new “ Velo Dog” concept in .32 ACP! The Taurus view was on the right track, but blew it with .38 chambering!

Everyday work and social life is a Semi-Permissive Environment(H/T Gorillafritz) at best for the majority.

Go for less noticeably less recoil in a sub-ten ounce locked breech mousegun, increased capacity and comfortably exceed the IWBA penetration standards. Expansion expectations should be limited up front: some bullet upset to promote cutting is probably the realistic goal, .60 caliber/16 inches is pie-in-the-sky.

The gun should be no larger/thicker than the LCPII, with sights like the Max and no freaking external(especially right hand only you ignorant *!@$#**!!!) safeties. Personally, I'm comfortable with the pseudo LEM/Striker action/Two stage rifle trigger of the LCPII in my pocket, but if they insist on DAO, put some thought into it.

Or just chamber the freaking LCP in .32, fer Crissake!
LCP Custom in .32 ACP would sell like hot cakes!

Custom model had the best sights ever on an LCP…

Would only require a barrel change. Same extractor works for both .32 & .380

And 7 rounds of .32 even fit the stock LCP magazine.

My extractor even fed them all into & extracted them from the .380 barrel.
