He does look a little sus.
Kidding. Good article. I probably should get to a PMO class sometime.

Well, yeah, me. At about 1030AM, I talked to Wayne about the misses I was making. I explained to him that after cataract surgery I could not see the front sight. So he gave me permission to go the berm and swap my P365X slide w irons for my spare P365XL slide that had the 407k on it. I shot a lot better after that (well, duh).
I was meaning more like a "PMO oriented" class, like the one in the OP, or maybe Jedi's, if things could work out.
OTOH everyone says "its just a different sighting system, not like a new gun", so there's that. I guess after five years or so messing around with dots, and having purchased 5 or 6 of them, sometimes it seems like it's basically "put the dot on the target and press the trigger without moving the gun too much." But would I like to get some specific dot instruction? Yeah, that'd be nice. Not sure it's worth $600-$800 a day and travel expenses, though, just at the moment.

Erick's PMO class is absolutely top notch. I got to take the PMO Instructor class a while back and was very impressed.
There are some instructor classes that seem to focus on shooting a particular score on a set of drills. What I really loved about this class is that you learn what goes into developing a good curriculum for your group of folks.
That's rare.
Erick has Mil/LE folks mixing with what he calls "Decent normal human beings" who have passed the Rangemaster Advanced Instructor class. That made for a terrific class, I believe. Lots of different perspectives and ideas.
