Some random thoughts.... If you are seeing the sight lift and fall you probably are not blinking at the ignition / recoil. Honestly most people don't know they blink unless someone is watching the shooters eye's from the side. I have had students argue and swear they don't blink. Video yourself from a side angle and watch it in super slow motion. Does the gun hang at the top of the recoil? Does it dip below the eye / target line upon recovery? Either one will add time. Are you eye sprinting from sights to target to check your hit between shots?
