    PSA 570 semi-auto 12ga

A semi-auto version of the 570 PSA announced last year. It's supposed to be on the same receiver so you can convert from one to the other. The charging handle arrangement looks pretty slick.

Has the pump 570 even hit the market yet?

    No.

In typical PSA fashion - they'll show something at SHOT that is 3-5 years from being ready to ship. I sort of take anything PSA shows with a grain of salt.

The charging handle is interesting. I don't care for it as configured. It doesn't seem particularly positive and a sticky shell will make it very difficult. An extended charging handle on both sides solves that problem.

But wow, what a boom we are seeing in shotgun development. RDO milling, M-LOK slots, yada. Seems like just yesterday an adjustable LoP was a differentiating feature.

I sort of ASSume that is a non-reciprocating charging handle? Because if not...yikes.

Per a different video, it is non-reciprocating.
I had an ER nurse in a class. I noticed she kept taking all head shots. Her response when asked why, "'I've seen too many people who have been shot in the chest putting up a fight in the ER." Point taken.

PSA is quoting Quarter three or four for the 570s to be released.

For VangComp to be in on the 570, I think the pump will come to fruition this year.

Now, I’d love the semi-conversion to be built. My main reason, I’d buy the receiver and Form 1 it. Have it setup with a 14” barrel, then convert to semi when offered. That would be pretty cool to do, instead of doing something else (was leaning towards an 11-87).
