I have made a few. The one I use for my SP101 and the one my son used for his LCR at Revolver Round UP held up very well. Here are some pictures.

They aren’t as refined as the guys who have been making them for years but they have worked well for me so far. Let me know what size you are looking for and I might be able to hook you up.

I just noticed the IWB Boomer on Simply Ruggeds website, seems interesting.

I haven't tried it with larger guns, but I was thinking about one for a k frame.

I’d love to see a photo of the TT appendix rig you have for your Colts if it’s not too much trouble. I own his appendix model for a full sized Glock and find it workable and very well made.

I went old school and have had great luck using a Don Hume H715-M for AIWB. It has a metal clip and works great for my minimal AIWB revolver needs. I use it for my 3" K6S DASA.

The clip placement makes it look like that would ride pretty high. Any problems with that?

This is new, I think, from Simply Rugged: IWB Boomer. Looks to be for various small(ish) frame snubs.

    Product Details

The IWB Boomer can be worn strong side, appendix or cross draw. the holster is made from two thing sheets of leather bonded together. We make the 2" a bit long to prevent roll out. we also offer a foam wedge that will adhere to the soft velcro loops on the back of the holster. This is built to holster 2 or 3 inch fixed sight J, D, and K frames sized revolver and a Speed Loader or Quick Strip. I recommend Jet Loaders or Safariland Comp 3 Loaders, as the are tall and easy to grab and VERY quick to load. Just a smack on the top and you inject the cartridges into the chambers. These are made for 1.75" belts.

Forgot about that one, kind of cool with the integral speed loader or strip pouch.

My disclaimer is I do not own one of these but a buddy does and loaned me one for my SP101 when I mashed my trigger finger and went lefty for a while. It surprised me at how well it did. Its on my list to get, eventually.

But then I'm not sure how the impact of those features might be different on leather vs kydex.

Would be great if someone with more experience carrying leather AIWB rigs could chime in about desirable features. Leather AIWB seems like a very small market niche.
