I have several and love them. They’re several years old. I also got them within a week after placing my order. Excellent quality leather work, and they continue to hold up well. I don’t remember if any of mine have a stiffener, though, but they easily hold up a fullsize, all-steel 1911 OWB without any outward sagging. Mine have the older style metal Aegis buckles, and I’ve had no issues with them. I think they now come with polymer buckles? I could be wrong about that, though. As someone else said, they’re fairly thick and not all holster slots will easily fit through the thickness, which is my only complaint.

Just wanted to say thanks for mentioning this. I didn't like how the Crossbreed leather belt would slip in the Aegis buckle, unlike nylon which stays put. It was unfortunate to see other members report this with the MGL belt, too.

I've had a Kore since they came out, but didn't realize they had the new buffalo line. I ended up getting one, and this belt is substantially more robust and supportive than the legacy Kore EDC belt that I have, which is just okay with a G19 but doesn't really like much more than a G26. The buffalo belt is a proper gun belt, in comparison to both the legacy Kore as well as other cheap gunbelts like Galco and Crossbreed. They beefed up the buckle's attachment to the head of the belt, as well...in addition to the latch which bites into the belt, it has two set screws. So, no worries that this will give out if someone yanks on the belt during a fight.

We'll see how it holds up over time, but I'm happy as a pig in mud for now. Thanks for the heads up on it.

TGS Excellent, glad to read your feedback as well. I've been wearing a Kore Essential EDC as my work belt for the last 5mos and it's great in that role, but too much for my non-work cargo shorts or jeans. Eating carnivore and doing kb's has leaned me out such that all my other belts force me to choose between one notch too loose and one notch too tight. I'm going to quit procrastinating and order a Buffalo belt tonight.

I hear ya. I love carbs (especially sugar) and starting getting a bit too fat. When I noticed I was getting to the end of the adjustment on my older Kore belt, I thought, "Oh geez. Time to cut again."

I didn't go straight carnivore but cut out carbs (including high carb vegetables/fruits) and, unsurprisingly, am losing a ton of weight. Saving a ton of money too, since my body is in a state of ketosis and I only have to eat 1,000-1,500 calories a day to feel full. I should probably use that as an excuse to go buy another gun.
