    Hornady Motorized Case Trimmer

It looks like the Giraud is still faster since it doesn't use the lock collet. And the Giraud is free standing. Still, this should be a welcome addition to the reloading world. Specifically the case processing world.

From what I have read around the internet, Henderson Precision wasn’t aware of Hornady rereleasing their trimmer.

Sure looks similar. Worst part of reloading is trimming, debur and chamfer. Well, loading primer tubes sucks too. My hand was like a claw after prepping 223 brass in bulk. I purchased a henderson awhile back and it was worth the money.

I have a Frankford Arsenal Case Trim/Prep setup which is pretty good for the money.

Otherwise, I have a couple of Dillon trimmer mounted on different head for my XL650.

They discuss the new trimmer about 35 minutes in.

This thing does look to alleviate the problem with holding the cases. I have evolved with my approach of using the power drill. I bought a Giraud Tri-Way, but it will not hog material as fast as the Little Crow, but when you cut fast with the Little Crow it leaves a nasty edge, so I have been doing a rough pass with the LC and touching them in the Giraud to clean them up to be perfect. Lots of screwing around, but my 223 volume is not that high.

If I was gonna reinvest I might move to a setup in the Dillon.
